| This single story 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home consists of two master suites, a fully equipped kitchen with a generous breakfast nook and spacious living and dining areas that comfortably accommodate the full complement of 10 occupants. There is free long distance and free (secured) hi-speed wireless internet throughout the home.
The large, living/dining area is spacious and light, due to the vaulted ceilings and skylights. It has a 50 inch flat screen high-definition TV with enhanced digital cable and DVR. There is also a DVD player with a selection of movies. All of the common areas and bathrooms are tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted. The games room contains a foosball table, an electronic dartboard, and a pool table which can convert to a ping pong table.
The main master suite contains a king-size bed and wall-mounted 32 inch flat screen TV. It’s en-suite facilities include dual sinks, a walk in shower and garden tub. The second master suite contains a king-size bed, flat screen tv with DVD player and en-suite facilities. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv with DVD player and adjoining facilities. The remaining two Disney-themed bedrooms each contain two twin beds along with a flat screen tv with DVD player. The shared bathroom is also Disney themed.
The screened lanai contains a large gas heated private pool with spa and lounge chairs . Both master suites have direct access out to the lanai.

The Links is Located within the new community of Somerset, just 1 mile from the US 192, with all of its restaurants and shops. The community is a sub-division of the Remington Golfing Community and is located at the eastern end of Kissimmee, 3 miles from the town of St Cloud. Close to the new Florida Turnpike road and the Interstate 4, putting the East and West coasts within an hour’s driving distance. Ideal for a day trip to Cocoa or Daytona beaches. Within approximately 12 miles or 16 minutes of Disney’s Main-gate and an easy 13 miles from Orlando International Airport. Our guests will have use of all facilities within Remington, including reduced fees at the 18 hole Championship golf course, Pro Shop, Restaurant and Driving ranges over water!! There is also a full size swimming pool, tennis courts, football pitch and basketball courts if you are feeling energetic. The villa sleeps 12 people in 5 Luxury bedrooms, there is one sofa bed accommodating 2 people in the upstairs lounge. Or perhaps you would prefer to relax in our screened heated pool after a long day at the nearby theme parks, or you may choose to play in our well equipped games room? You will find our luxury villa has it all. Our new house has a high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout, making this feel like a luxurious home from home. These standards are rarely seen in a rental property
There is a meet and greet service on arrival for all guests at the home. The local community also has the added bonus of a children's play area, swimming pool, and cabana for all our guests to enjoy.
The bedroom consist of a king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and three twin bed rooms all have center lighting and ceiling fans for added convenience. The main bedroom has full en-suite facilities.
The villa is There is a large TV in each of the lounge areas and a Play station 2. For the older children and adults there is a fully equipped games room. TV's are in all bedrooms.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Pool faces South West for all afternoon sun.
The house is brand new, built by award wining Builders KB homes.
Pets are strictly forbidden from entering the villa
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa.
There are various designer shopping malls nearby including Belz and Premium outlets, which are both a short drive along the Interstate 4.
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre on the 192 which is beside a 24 hr drug store.
